On Saturday, 11/26/16, I picked up my pre-ordered large custom basket. The rude cashier, Sha and the inept helper gave me a basket with withered and broken fruit. When I complained, she replaced the damaged fruit but never apologized for their error. Then Sha proceeded to place my $100 purchase in an used and tattered box that was on the floor. My husband had an arrangement delivered for his birthday and the fruit was TOTALLY not edible I feel it was s waste of my daughters money for this and when I called the store to complain they said "come into the store and we will give you some chocolate covered strawberrys. NO THANKS. If I got bad fruit the first time why would I want more fruit from them

They delivered a day late. employees very rude, corporate office is nice but zero help. Use Sherries berries or anybody but these guys. This was a Dunwoody Ga location. Run from these guys. A lady on the phone yelled at me. I have no idea how this location could stay in business. Wow what a disaster. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My sympathy bouquet was never delivered to the grieving family I sent it to. I called the next day to find out why it was never delivered and they told me that no one was home at the time of delivery. I confirmed with the family that all 6 of them were home during the day, with additional family members over while they discussed the funeral for their loved one. This is my second time having a horrible experience with edible arrangements. I shouldn't even have given then a second chance! First of all their prices are outrageous, and their customer service chat people don't even know what they are doing! Both times i have ordered from there they say the delivery was unsuccessful. I really don't understand why?? And the cherry on top is that they don't even call you to let you know. They let you sit there... Read more

This is such a sad service. From trying to place a order on the phone, still hasn't delivered order so they missed the time frame, and a horrible online chat representative with canned responses that do not address the questions. I also think it is funny that once the representative ends the chat you can not get a copy of the chat transcript, but you can during the chat. My birthday was on September 14. Today is September 16 and all the fruit is either slimy and sour or the fruit taste like it is extremely old. My mom got it for my birthday and the fruit can't even last more than 2 days with out going bad. I leave fruit in my fridge that lasts longer than the fruit they used. It's horrible. I have had 3 experiences with edible arrangements and each one customer service had to get involved. The customer service dept. agents are rude and apparently haven't been trained. Supervisors don't get back to the customers as promised and the store staff are equally as rude. I cant wait for another compay to become local so I can enjoy sending gifts again. I honestly have never dealt with a company with such arrogant associates on all levels.... Read more
