This is such a sad service. From trying to place a order on the phone, still hasn't delivered order so they missed the time frame, and a horrible online chat representative with canned responses that do not address the questions. I also think it is funny that once the representative ends the chat you can not get a copy of the chat transcript, but you can during the chat. My birthday was on September 14. Today is September 16 and all the fruit is either slimy and sour or the fruit taste like it is extremely old. My mom got it for my birthday and the fruit can't even last more than 2 days with out going bad. I leave fruit in my fridge that lasts longer than the fruit they used. It's horrible. I have had 3 experiences with edible arrangements and each one customer service had to get involved. The customer service dept. agents are rude and apparently haven't been trained. Supervisors don't get back to the customers as promised and the store staff are equally as rude. I cant wait for another compay to become local so I can enjoy sending gifts again. I honestly have never dealt with a company with such arrogant associates on all levels.... Read more

Awful awful awful they say they make it fresh what is the point to deliver it when it's rotten ! He Didn't want to deliver didn't ring door bell and just left poor customer aervice

I already placed a complaint regarding the Edible Arrangements stores in the Indianapolis area when I tried to place an order for an arrangement to be delivered to a store within 9 miles of their store on August 26, 2016. I had a bad experience when I was told in store here in Winston- Salem that they were setting me up an awards account when actually they so when I placed my second order a month later I found out account was never set up. Then they give you the run around and tell you to call rewards by email only for reward to suppose to fix problem only to get an email saying they can't link accounts or add my 1st order with my second order . I arrived at the Lansdowne, VA, store at 8:42 am. It opens at 8. It was closed. I went again at 9:00. Again, closed. An EA truck pulls behind me. I asked the driver if he works there. He said yes. I said I want to pick something up and he didn't apologize. Just said give me a minute. I waited until 9:13 and drove away. I promised my kids that box of treats. I have a job. Orfeted Bouquet and Balloons for my mother's birthday and my mother only recieved the bouquet. I contacted the store in Elkins Park on Old York Rd in Pennsylvania and spoke with Monica whom was extremely rude then I spoken with Marcus who was worse. My niece ordered fruit for her mom for Mother's Day from Los Angeles, California to be delivered to her mom in North Carolina.
