If the customer service agents were empowered to do more to make it right, it might help. They kept saying that they could not do anything more.

This is the second year in a row that I placed a very large Edible Arrangement order for my wife on Mother's Day. For the second year in a row the complete order did not show up (missing several boxes of chocolates, etc) I worked with customer service who said they would be delivered the following day (the day AFTER MOther's Day) but this is now Wednesday (11 May 2016) and I still haven't seen them.

Customer service is fairly disinterested and has offered nothing to try and make it right. This is the LAST TIME I use Edible Arrangements!!!!

This reviewer shared experience about not as described and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Edible Arrangements and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about edible arrangements make them smile fruit arrangement from Edible Arrangements was not all items paid for were delivered and very poor help in making it right Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

This is an update on June 10th, 2016. The missing items in my original order that were promised to be delivered the following Monday after Mother's Day, never came.

In short, I paid for several things that were never delivered. I called customer service who made some token promises to make it right ....

but never did. Once again, I will not be using Edible Arrangements again and feel they have a sizable flaw in their system particularly in making sure orders are received as placed and NOT empowering their customer service department sufficiently to make things right when mistakes are made.
