Resolved: $160.00 Dollar Fruit Basket Delivered After Gathering For Funeral Ended
refunded me the delivery charge but doubt I will ever rely on them for anything again, im sure other stores are better at what THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO deliver my arrangement to the party not after the party
They delivered after 4:00 PM after most all guests had left. I paid $160.00 dollars to have that delivered for the guests that left.

Received a MELTED/SMASHED Strawberry Bouquet (if that's what you want to call it)!!
It's been over a month and has not been resolved, but I have shared my pics with many people. I am letting Amex handle it! Lesson learned!
Could not even reach them by phone, a machine kept picking up. Submitted many photos to my credit card company and have disputed the charge.
NEVER AGAIN-total waste of money!!!! Stay away people, save your money!!!

706-393-**** (COLUMBUS, GEORGIA). She was very adamant about me giving her my phone number and she was unclear as to what she was trying to say. I thought she forgot to send my card a long with the arrangement. She said she delivered the item because it looked legitimate but the card did not go through.
She is a liar and be careful of this scam to give out any private information.
IN BUSINESS NO ONE WILL DELIVER AND ITEM AND THEN COLLECT CASH. NO ONE DOES COD ANYMORE!
Don't care about service
I placed order W006201**** Delicious Daisy® Dipped Pineapple - Small. I the order I requested that my delivery be by 3 pm.
I then received a call from the store Edible Arrangements - 175...426 W Coleman Blvd e Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 telling me that they couldn't guarantee that my order would be there by 3 it might get there by 5 or 6 because they were busy and I should have placed the order yesterday....I then said ok well can you call me to give me an idea around 3 if your going to be able to make it before she gets off at 5. I was told No, I explained that I someone was able to place a call before, I was interrupted and told well I don’t know who could have done that because we don’t do that, per management. So when I ask what are my options, I was told to cancel my order. I ask her so my only option is to cancel my order, really?
Well Sir you want us to call you and were not so yes. At this point I’m really taken back by the tone and demeanor. So I told them rather than me doing that how about I call around 3 to check the status if my order will be placed. The rep said that's fine and hung up.
Where is the customer service? There was no attempt to fix the problem except a suggestion for me to cancel my order.

Just had literally the worst experience with this store. First of all we are reoccurring customers to edible arrangements and haven't had a problem until now.
My husband had ordered a box of the Apple truffles to be delivered to our house for me, he made sure they had specific instructions to call me when they were on their way. We have dogs and if the package isn't handed to me they will eat it. Well an emergency had arose with our youngest son and we had to take him to the hospital. The driver called me but my phone had died right when I went to answer.
Not their fault I get it but I was rushing my 2 year old to the hospital and wasn't worried about having a phone charger. My husband calls the store he ordered from and informed the girl who answered that I wouldn't be home to accept the package and to have the driver just bring it back to the storefront location. She told my husband she would call the driver immediately and tell him not to leave the package at the porch per customer request. We thought all was good, until we went to pick up the arrangement at the store.
My husband walks into the store, no one is at the counter, he waits about 10 mins. In the meantime the stores phone is ringing over and over. Finally the clerk comes to the front and my husband explains who he is and about our situation. Well she looked up our order and it was delivered to our porch.
She never called the driver to inform him of our request. I'm horrified when my husband comes to the truck and explains what happened. I remained optimistic that our package might still be in tact and that the animals haven't gotten to it. We pull up to our house and low and behold the delivery is on the porch ripped to shreds.
Plus it's about 87 degrees out today, so the chocolate would have melted for sure. I'm hoping my dogs don't get sick as well from consuming about $50 worth of chocolate covered fruit. I call the store, no one answers. I call again, now the line is disconnected.
I call the customer service line and they tried to reach the store as well, no success. I now have a complaint order in and waiting for this location to call me back. They have 48 hours to make things right before corporate takes over. I'm really hoping they make this right, I'm not asking for a lot but I do want my order or a refund.
We took all necessary steps as responsible customers to make sure our order could be accepted. If it's made right I will make another post confirming it was taken care of.

No way to control condensation in 80 degree weather unless they have a refrigerated truck. But the smashed part....what the hel.l happened? What did the delivery person say?
Could not get them to answer the phone!! Yep, couldn't help the weather, but the chocolate on the strawberries wasn't "set" prior to them packing it- they apparently had a bunch of orders, did them super fast. packed the berries while the chocolate on them was still soft and that's why the melted chocolate & why the plastic stuck to the berries.
they dropped it off & ran.
How thoughtful of your husband to treat you to a GIFT. I hope you took a break from your ranting tirade long enough to say THANK YOU.
Of course I thanked him, that's why it was so horrible, he did this for me from his heart and they screwed it up. My husband is a wonderful and amazing person.
You are judging when you weren't there. She has every right to be upset because it was not the product ordered.
They should have sent another order. I say put the picture on their Facebook page OR put it on yours but tag them.

Money is hard to come by these days, so when your partner splurges and wants to surprise you by sending you a $100.00 + Valentine gift, it should look the way it looks on the advertisement and taste fresh, not melted and-smashed.
I am just trying to let others know before blowing their money. We need to do business with companies that stand by their products and appreciate our business.
Holy Cow... out here in Fresno/Clovis area yesterday our EA didn't even get their deliveries out!
My husband called me around 4 or so to ask if I got my gift.. I was like, no! Tried to call, same thing, full voice mail. Finally I got a hold of them this morning and she tells me they just didn't have time to get to mine.
Looking on Yelp there are 6 or 7 more complaints. EA can suck it.
God forbid the driver has to drive MILES a day. The world does not revolve around you!
