refunded me the delivery charge but doubt I will ever rely on them for anything again, im sure other stores are better at what THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO deliver my arrangement to the party not after the party

We don't expect anything from this company, just want others to know about our experience. I ordered a fruit basket for a gathering after a funeral I told them to deliver 11:00 because we had an AM funeral.

They delivered after 4:00 PM after most all guests had left. I paid $160.00 dollars to have that delivered for the guests that left.

It's been over a month and has not been resolved, but I have shared my pics with many people. I am letting Amex handle it! Lesson learned!

Unreal, my wonderful husband spent $92.00 and ordered me a chocolate dipped strawberry bouquet-didn't arrive until 3:30, but we'll excuse that-it was EMBARRASSING to even carry out of my office, the grocery store could have done better! It was squashed, MELTED (condensation inside the plastic and smeared chocolate all over the plastic)-the thing was THROWN together, the chocolate wasn't smooth, it was choppy looking and totally melted, the strawberries were WARM, it was 80 degrees in our area yesterday.

Could not even reach them by phone, a machine kept picking up. Submitted many photos to my credit card company and have disputed the charge.

NEVER AGAIN-total waste of money!!!! Stay away people, save your money!!!

No way to control condensation in 80 degree weather unless they have a refrigerated truck. But the smashed part....what the hel.l happened? What did the delivery person say?

Could not get them to answer the phone!! Yep, couldn't help the weather, but the chocolate on the strawberries wasn't "set" prior to them packing it- they apparently had a bunch of orders, did them super fast. packed the berries while the chocolate on them was still soft and that's why the melted chocolate & why the plastic stuck to the berries.

Of course I thanked him, that's why it was so horrible, he did this for me from his heart and they screwed it up. My husband is a wonderful and amazing person.

You are judging when you weren't there. She has every right to be upset because it was not the product ordered.

They should have sent another order. I say put the picture on their Facebook page OR put it on yours but tag them.

Money is hard to come by these days, so when your partner splurges and wants to surprise you by sending you a $100.00 + Valentine gift, it should look the way it looks on the advertisement and taste fresh, not melted and-smashed.

I am just trying to let others know before blowing their money. We need to do business with companies that stand by their products and appreciate our business.

Holy Cow... out here in Fresno/Clovis area yesterday our EA didn't even get their deliveries out!

My husband called me around 4 or so to ask if I got my gift.. I was like, no! Tried to call, same thing, full voice mail. Finally I got a hold of them this morning and she tells me they just didn't have time to get to mine.

Looking on Yelp there are 6 or 7 more complaints. EA can suck it.

Got charged for large arrangement, recieved small one

Also got charged xtra to dip strawberries. It was supposed to be included in original price! They said no, they dont come dipped! Lie! I have ordered before! Never again!! I am through!! I dont have picture, but was embarrased at size. Paid 101. For it. Oh this included a baloon for 4.99. I am VERY disappointed!!!!!!!I will never order from them again! Didnt want to help me in any way! Dont waste your money!Complete ripoff!!.would like money back, minus 4.99 for baloon, and an apology!! I know I will get neither! This was for my daughters 2nd anniversary!!I dont know what else to say, it feels frustrating when you pay hard earned money, and dont recieve what you ordered!! Thank you.

Expecting child celebration

Order online my office selected the next day delivery. Contacted the Pompton Lakes NJ and asked to change. Gentlemen with heavy accent was very disrespectful and rude. Called customer service at edible to change store was told my Linda that is was not possible to transfer to the Wayne location. Phone gets disconnected out of the blue and few minutes get a 0.00 balance statement email. Contact coustumer servise and their is nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. Wanted to surprise my wife but at 5:16 and nothing to do.

Biting into the melon was like biting a carrot. Neither the grapes, both melons or the strawberries tasted in season. The chocolate was sweet but even if you dip *** in chocolate it still tastes like ***! Judging by a lot of reviews I don't expect customer service to do anything about it, but hey, I didn't pay for it. I can only hope this scam goes out of business...

Stay Away very poor service

Today 12/26/2017 before placing an order online I called the store in Westford MA to ensure my order was going to be delivered, ok Great, I was told between 1 pm and 3 pm, I thought great thats plenty of time since we live in Boxborough and its only about 15 minutes away, knowing my fiance had work by 3:30, anyway long story short 3 pm came and still no delivery, so I called them, I was told by Lorianne, that time is not garuntee and usually they make deliveries to customers who are farther away, which clearly doesn't make sense, so I asked for a refund because no one will be home on their time, I was told they cant refund because it's out on the truck and they didn't have fruits this morning. then I was told another hour, then another half an hour, so I told my fiance to call late at work just to see if they'll show up, it should be interesting . I will never buy from them again and will definitely be contacted corporate and the BBB as it seem poor customer service is their specialty, I asked Loriann to speak with her manager, she told me her manager wasn't around and is visiting other stores for the day, will keep you guys updated.

Arrangement was absolutely terrible, a total embarassment

I ordered a lg delicious snowman as a Christmas gift. The picture showed a beautiful arrangement of multiple cut out pineapple chocolate dipped flowers, fresh strawberries, chocolate dipped strawberries, cantaloupe balls and grapes. The recipient sent me a picture showing half of the arrangement. What was delivered was a lg bowel of mostly (90%) cantaloupe wedges, a couple of honeydew wedges-4, one fresh strawberry, one choc dipped pineapple daisy, one choc dipped strawberry. I had even ordered the chocolate dipped swizzle strawberries extra to make it special. they were not in the arrangement at all or in a box ...nada.. I wanted this to be something very special. That's why I ordered it. What I got was a expensive bowel of cantaloupe. 146$ worth. I could have gone to the grocery store and have bought a cantaloupe for 3$. The other fruit could at best cost 3 bucks from the salad bar.. Not only was I greatly disappointed but unbelievably embarrassed. I will never order from edible arrangements again. I will tell all my friend the same. When I called the store in Stuart Florida and complained. I was told that only half the picture was shown. And she gave me 30$ off the bill. This should have been a full refund. 146$ for basically a bowl cantaloupe is horrific.

Disgusted with Edible Arrangements

We ordered an Edible Arrangement for my wives father who was in a nursing home. We wanted it delivered on Christmas Eve while we were there for Christmas. The arrangement never arrived. We were very disappointed as well as her father. We waited for several days, no phone call and no arrangement. On Dec 28th I called the store in Boynton Beach Florida where we ordered it and spoke to a woman who said simply that she didn't know what happened. She was not helpful at all which made us more furious. Bottom line, no more business for Edible Arrangements.

706-393-**** (COLUMBUS, GEORGIA). She was very adamant about me giving her my phone number and she was unclear as to what she was trying to say. I thought she forgot to send my card a long with the arrangement. She said she delivered the item because it looked legitimate but the card did not go through.

She is a liar and be careful of this scam to give out any private information.

IN BUSINESS NO ONE WILL DELIVER AND ITEM AND THEN COLLECT CASH. NO ONE DOES COD ANYMORE!

I placed order W006201**** Delicious Daisy® Dipped Pineapple - Small. I the order I requested that my delivery be by 3 pm.

I then received a call from the store Edible Arrangements - 175...426 W Coleman Blvd e Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 telling me that they couldn't guarantee that my order would be there by 3 it might get there by 5 or 6 because they were busy and I should have placed the order yesterday....I then said ok well can you call me to give me an idea around 3 if your going to be able to make it before she gets off at 5. I was told No, I explained that I someone was able to place a call before, I was interrupted and told well I don’t know who could have done that because we don’t do that, per management. So when I ask what are my options, I was told to cancel my order. I ask her so my only option is to cancel my order, really?

Well Sir you want us to call you and were not so yes. At this point I’m really taken back by the tone and demeanor. So I told them rather than me doing that how about I call around 3 to check the status if my order will be placed. The rep said that's fine and hung up.

Where is the customer service? There was no attempt to fix the problem except a suggestion for me to cancel my order.

Location Evans, Ga..Called directly to the store (first mistake) to place order for delivery. The associate taking the order was obviously still in training, but I worked with her.

She placed me on hold SEVERAL times and kept asking me did I live at a certain address that I’d already said no to five times. Then she wants my credit card number before we’ve even discussed what I’m ordering. She types my CC in under the the customer at the address I told her time and time again was not me. Then she catches her errors.

Puts me on hold again(I’ve literally been put on hold five or six times) then the supervisor comes on the phone... by this time it’s too much and I just want to cancel which I told the first associate before the supervisor got on the phone. The associate said my CC hadn’t been charged. The supervisor says it was charged and she was sorry, the other associate is new.

Ok.. I’m all for learning, but until you have been trained properly.. don’t take someone’s order and don’t let the associate deal with money. Long sorry about.

Asked for refund. Tied up my account for $55 dollars with nothing to show for it.

Still waiting on refund to post. PISSED!

This service was okay when I lived in a smaller city. More personal and mostly on time. In good ole Tennessee your order comes from UPS, riding and ruining for days from God knows where when I have a location down the street. Needless to say I'm done with this company for good.

Just had literally the worst experience with this store. First of all we are reoccurring customers to edible arrangements and haven't had a problem until now.

My husband had ordered a box of the Apple truffles to be delivered to our house for me, he made sure they had specific instructions to call me when they were on their way. We have dogs and if the package isn't handed to me they will eat it. Well an emergency had arose with our youngest son and we had to take him to the hospital. The driver called me but my phone had died right when I went to answer.

Not their fault I get it but I was rushing my 2 year old to the hospital and wasn't worried about having a phone charger. My husband calls the store he ordered from and informed the girl who answered that I wouldn't be home to accept the package and to have the driver just bring it back to the storefront location. She told my husband she would call the driver immediately and tell him not to leave the package at the porch per customer request. We thought all was good, until we went to pick up the arrangement at the store.

My husband walks into the store, no one is at the counter, he waits about 10 mins. In the meantime the stores phone is ringing over and over. Finally the clerk comes to the front and my husband explains who he is and about our situation. Well she looked up our order and it was delivered to our porch.

She never called the driver to inform him of our request. I'm horrified when my husband comes to the truck and explains what happened. I remained optimistic that our package might still be in tact and that the animals haven't gotten to it. We pull up to our house and low and behold the delivery is on the porch ripped to shreds.

Plus it's about 87 degrees out today, so the chocolate would have melted for sure. I'm hoping my dogs don't get sick as well from consuming about $50 worth of chocolate covered fruit. I call the store, no one answers. I call again, now the line is disconnected.

I call the customer service line and they tried to reach the store as well, no success. I now have a complaint order in and waiting for this location to call me back. They have 48 hours to make things right before corporate takes over. I'm really hoping they make this right, I'm not asking for a lot but I do want my order or a refund.

We took all necessary steps as responsible customers to make sure our order could be accepted. If it's made right I will make another post confirming it was taken care of.

I ordered a standard item on the 16th for a birthday surprise, for delivery on the 17th. I'm an international customer, wanting to deliver to my best friend in Victorville, CA. It is now 19th and they refuse to respond to me with any answers, nothing refunded and nothing delivered. A quick sum-up of fail: 1. The store staff are dumb enough to think there's extra digits in my phone number, rather than cross referencing my billing address to work out that it's an international number. 2. They called the recipient instead, thereby ruining the surprise. 3. They have ignored more than 5x attempts at rectification and their customer service team appear illiterate, asking me repeatedly to contact the store, even after having sent trails of emails directed to the store using the email address they supplied. As far as I can see, they held no intent to fulfill the order or even engage in two way communication (ie. ignoring questions in the few responses received). I've contacted their domain name and hosting provider (GoDaddy) to alert them to the potential scamming and theft of credit card funds by no intent to supply, being facilitated under their host services.
