Horrible! I would never order from them again!
I ordered for my brother's anniversary. It arrived a day late. When I called, no one would answer, then they would answer and just put me on hold, and never pick up, and then the lady hung up on me. My brother and sister-in-law said when it did arrive, it looked inedible.
It must have sat in the delivery vehicle overnight.
Not a single response to the online customer service form, not one call back. What a waste.

Well, I ordered assorted truffles, a cheesecake assortment, and chocolate strawberries for Mother's Day for my wife—paid a ridiculous price as well as a $24 delivery fee with guaranteed delivery. Unfortunately, no show all day and all afternoon.
I called the local store—nothing but an automated message; I went online to live chat—couldn't honor delivery and said they would give a refund if no show. They completely misunderstood the meaning of a guaranteed delivery. What the heck did I pay $24 for? Well, it finally showed at 5:10 PM—Mother's Day celebration and party over, cleaning up after my guests, and I look like the *** Seriously, avoid this place as they couldn't care one bit for their customers.
And by the way, for those who think I am just *** I am recently post-op and basically bed-bound.
I can't shop and relied on what I thought was a real company to deliver my wife a gift she deserved—my mistake. I will always use local shops from now on; lesson learned the hard way.

Verified ReviewerMy arrangement was a total disaster
I received my arrangement at 10:15 PM at night. It looked like it had been thrown around in somebody's trunk.
The chocolate was melted. The fruit looked old, and it was dripping juice everywhere. I have pictures. I still have the entire arrangement; not one piece has been eaten, and I either want a refund or a new arrangement sent out to me immediately.
I've left several messages.
Nobody has responded, not one time to me, and I'm very dissatisfied. My next step will be to go to the Better Business Bureau.

My only and one gift to my wife from me was a plate from Edible Arrangement with a value of 137.45 dollars and it never arrived. When it finally arrived, it was so late that my wife had already gone to work.
Oh my God, I can't believe it ruined my only gift because I trusted this company. Besides, they never answer the phone. I need to stop by to cancel my order. I will never order from them again.
I'm so sad for myself and my wife.
I'm feeling so bad. I'm pretty sure I will never forget this awful moment.

Verified Reviewer |Messed up my moms birthday gift surprise
The McAllen store I ordered a surprise gift from for my mom and they didn't do the whole surprise. I live 8 hours from that store; my mom lives closer, so I ordered from them for my mother's birthday gift.
The order didn't have everything I ordered; I was missing an item that made the whole surprise. It was the only reason I got it. They never called me to tell me they were out of the item I wanted. They should have called to see what other option I wanted.
Instead, they just sent my mom's gift like that. I took hours to see what I wanted to give my mother. When I called and asked why, they were just so rude to me and my mother. No good customer service at all.
Very unprofessional. I've worked in the food industry for many years; the customer has feelings too and is always right.
But I guess they don't believe in that. Just so unsatisfied with this edible arrangement.

No..Giving the Douglasville store a negative rating

She said yes and placed a note for the driver. I called back today at 2:11 and made sure that's what was relayed on the order, and she said yes. I waited until 4:41 to call back, and they said it was in transit and it would be there shortly. It never showed up, so I called back at 6:24 and spoke to the most rude person and asked her if she could give me an update because they were getting ready to close and it still wasn't delivered.
I proceeded to tell her it's my daughter's birthday and we had plans, and they had to be canceled because we were still waiting on a delivery. She said it's in transit and 'what do you want me to do,' as if she wasn't concerned and was very unapologetic about the situation. I will never be ordering from here again; it was my first and last, and I will be telling everyone I know not to either.
This is not acceptable, and I could have gone and picked it up myself if I had known it was going to take this long after I got off work; that's the only reason I chose delivery. For $124.08, it isn't worth the wait and canceled plans and for the rude customer service at the Douglasville store.

I recieved my edible arrangement as a birthday gift May,5/25 Monday. I opened the wrap and noticed a bad mold smell immediately and the chocolate was full of condensation wetness.
The fruit taste slightly spoiled and tasted horrible.
Literally made my husband and I sick with upset stomach. It looks as if the fruit was prepared awhile ago and was improperly stored which caused it to go bad.

Spoilled and Moldy fruit
I ordered a platter of fruit on Friday to give to my director and when I came into the office on Monday, she explained to me that the strawberries had mold on it, and the pineapples smelled a little sour.

I paid $95 and some change for some edible arrangements due to be delivered on Thursday, May 8th. Here it is Friday, May 9th.
I cannot get in contact with anyone, and my products have not been delivered to my home. This is a terrible first way of doing business. This is my first time using this company, and it seems like it may be my last because there's no communication, and the word of the company does not stand true when it comes to delivery.
Please either give me my products or refund my money today. Thank you sincerely, not so impressed on your first impression!

Unhappy customer
I wanted to inform you that I was not pleased with my order I placed for the following reasons ;
1. The order was guaranteed delivery for Feb 14th Valentines Day.
2.
It didnt arrive until this afternoon Feb 15th.
3. The fruit plate was wet on the bottom of the container which made the fruit slimy especially the chocolate covered strawberries.
4. Once we bit into the chocolate covered strawberries they tasted old and mushy. The grapes were old as well.
5.
The flowers I ordered had some old flowers and they were moldy.
6. One of the cheese cakes seemed to have someones finger dipped into it.
I bought this gift for my wife for Valentines Day and I felt disappointed due to all these points I have made above. This was not what I was expecting from your company. I expected better quality .
I spent a lot of money for this order. I am an unhappy customer!

My order came past my delivery date
I was supposed to receive my edible arrangements on Thursday, May 8th, but I didn't receive them until, today Friday, May 9th. No one called or emailed me to tell me that it would be arriving late.
Upon me checking the website, it read out for delivery at 7:42 pm Eastern Standard Time, I couldn't believe that because the store closed at 7:00 pm.
The balloons are different from the picture on the site, I don't know if I would order from them again. They would have to make up for dropping the ball on this order.

I received rotted slimey flowers, in which I had to discard as well as wash off the ones that weren't. The colorful advertised is not what I received. This is totally disgusting..Buyer Beware
I had to take pictures of this unbelievable and disgusting bouquet. I salvaged what I could.
However; this location has really disrespected this recipient...I am now afraid to eat the fruit.
The strawberry stems are brown..not green and fresh as advertised. I will advise my family to not call this location EVER

She cannot do anything if it is still in transit.
