Places order over phone on 2-21-24 @ 251pm, was to pay cash or card when l picked up@***m. I called@***m to say l was going to be late like 45 mins to hour, but l would be there.
Then l had 2 missed calls from,@612pm & 621pm. One l was on phone and then pumping gas. You did not leave any voice mails nor ever say you were closing early. I get to your store at 644pm and your closed.
I call the phone and let a message then sent complaint. I recd email that you got my complaint and @659PM and case reference number #454****. This like l said on message was for a bday dinner that l was going to that night, and now didn't have a gift to take. Yall totally screwed this up.
Now today, 2-23-24 l called the number on the case ref and got the store and clerk then got the mgt, and all she wanted to do was argue with me.
I told her l would call corporate to get this taken care of. Poor customer service and Embarrassment for me!
Preferred solution: Apology, replacement or credit for $40 However this dosen't make up for going to the persons bday dinner with no gift.

ALEX IS HORRIBLE!!! His Customer Service skills SUCK!
He is VERY VERY VERY RUDE!! He refused to provide the Corporate #, refused to CANCEL my order, and DISCONNECTED CALL!! I called to ask about delivery fee, and he explained that and then asked did I want to cancel cause thats the policy so I dont know what you want me to do! I asked how long it would take to get refunded, he said depends on my bank, then proceeded to tell me my order cannot be cancelled because its already out for delivery!
As I am typing this review I have been on hold for OVER 10minutes, after the phone was picked up and placed on hold!! And I am going to continue to hold and POST THIS REVIEW EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL I HEAR FROM CORPORATE!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally delivered the arrangement about 6 days later.

Disappointing
I didnt received chocolate covered strawberries and they were mushy. As if the berries were old.
Poor quality. Another reason for my review is because I placed an online order Orlando FL store a week in advance for my BFF birthday to be delivered on her birthday and it was delivered the day after. Lastly, I just placed an online order Waldorf MD store for a delivery and they didnt deliver one of the items I purchased. I called and left a message and didnt get a return call.
I called back the following day and explained one of the items was not delivered. The lady Diamond I spoke to didnt apologize, didnt appear sympathetic, and didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. Just said she will refund my card for the item and hung up before I can ask any questions. Didnt say good bye, didnt ask if I had any questions, etc.
This company (3) different locations has provided poor service and product. I will never order from them again.

My husband ordered a valentine's day delivery a week in advance from the Kings Dr store in Charlotte totaling close to $200.00. It was not delivered on the 14th and he tried for several hours to found out what happened.
The delivery was made on the 15th with no explanation, apology... He tried numerous times on he 15th but was again never able to speak with anyone. I had to explain to him several times that it was ok - he tried but he was very disappointed and defeated. I have since expressed to EA my frustration via a customer service text and received an e-mail that someone would contact me within 48 hrs.
Its been more like 144 hrs and no one has yet had the courtesy to call, apologize, or otherwise correct the situation.
We both feel taken advantage of , treated poorly and disregarded as repeat customers. We wont trust them again.

They know you are lying so why should they offer anything. If they just give into liars and crooks they will be out of business.
How can something be mushy if you did not get them at all? Are you the same person who posted on here a while back, and made the same claim that your mom did not get the fruit. Then get caught lying saying they were mushy and the chocolate melted?
