Easy resolution of duplication of order.

I attempted to place an order on Edible Arrangements website, Saturday evening, December 20, 2025. After choosing what was a gift and completing the order process, a message read, We are experiencing technical problems.

Please try back later. I waited about 15 minutes and had the same results. The next day, Sunday December 21, I had two emails confirming that I placed two orders successfully. I tried to contact Edible Arrangements
by phone without success.

I emailed customer service and did receive confirmation that my duplicate order was canceled.

I am satisfied with the results of my issue with Edible Arrangements. The website issue was attributed to high volume traffic on the Edible Arrangements website.

I placed an order on November 18, 2025 for my Mother-in-laws 97th birthday. I wanted it delivered on Friday November 28th but the website blocked out that date so I chose the day before.

I found out it was not delivered. This is so disappointing. I called the store numerous times for 3 days and my call went directly to voicemail. I call the toll free customer service number and the automated system sent my call to the store and I only received voicemail.

This is absolutely insane!!!

I filled out a request for help from online and its been 3 days and I still havent been contacted.
Such poor customer service!! Dont waste your money or time with this place.

Delivered the wrong order manger Pricilla argued it was rightr. Her customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

She basically informed me that my order wasn't that expensive so why complain.

I ordered flowers and fruit for a friend and it did not make it to her home until Valentine's Day night at 9:30 p.m., by that time Valentine's Day was over with. I am very upset and disappointed that the young lady I sent the gift to did not receive it until late at night. I tried to surprise her but I had to tell her that I was sending her something so she could go to edible arrangement store 549 in Lithonia Georgia to see if she could retrieve her surprise but they would not let her get it. They informed her about 5:20 p.m. that her delivery was in route she didn't receive it until it was late. I live in Michigan so I called and ordered it to be sent to her address and Lithonia Georgia. Customer service whom I talk to on the phone said she could not find my information in the computer, but with my friend went to the store they found it in the computer at that moment. So yes I'm very dissatisfied upset, I would never deal with edible arrangements again nor will I recommend edible arrangement to anyone in my family or friends.

Disappointed with location no one answered the phone I called 15 time with in an hour. No answer with customer service either. Someone called back from the store many hours later. I have always had good responses from Edible Arrangements, the problem is with their Port St. Lucie FL location only. This location did not answer the phone nor reply to any messages I left. They literally did not even place my order. They received it and took my money but did not follow through. After over 30 calls to them and corporate and getting Pissed Consumer involved, they finally just canceled my order and I guess I'm getting a refund but still no other communication or apologies.
