Save yourself the headache & aggravation & AVOID the Westminster Edible Arrangement. I wish I had read the reviews sooner.

After two years of avoiding this store due to previous bad customer service, I decided to try again to see if things had improved. Unfortunately, they have not. The customer service is well below average and your order will not be ready or delivered when requested. Eg.

After speaking to the manager in the morning, requesting pickup 5 ½ hours later (after being told they only needed half hour notice), my order was not ready at the time I requested. The employee's did not have any record of my order & talked on their own in plain view for about 5 min before calling the mgr about the details of my order. I guess the customers aren't priority. After speaking with the manager & later the owner, they of course apologized & asked for another chance.

Second chance, delivery was not done on the day I requested. The managers excuse was totally got my days mixed up. Now I understand why the employees gave bad customer service the first time, they are following their Mgr. The Mgr is asking for chance #3.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Save yourself the time, energy & headache.

Go next door to Small Cakes Cupcakery or across the parking lot to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I've had GREAT service at both of these establishments.

Ordered for delivery August 19 and delivered August 12.Calls have been a waste of time. Received a call that someone would confirm delivery date and call me again.

Never called. Sent several requests for explanation but did not receive any. I called he store order was placed and was told they sent the order to another store and I needed to call the other store. I said order was placed with them and they need to get me an answer.

Not my place to chase the information.

still no answer. Terrible customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They dont answer the phone and the corporate I called hung up on me twice.

It took me over 3 hours to situate an order for my fathers birthday. I ordered a $75 arrangement for same day delivery on the website. So immediately I called the store fulfilling my order to check/verify and she told me she sees the order but does NOT have the transfer paperwork, so she told me to call ALL their locations in San Antonio, find who has it and ask them fax it to her. She also said they have no boxes, so I asked if we could use something smaller or bigger or different and she said theres no boxeswasnt possible to do.

That was about the time when she started YELLING at me and then just hung up on me! I was like shaking after that call.this was important that
My father receives this. So I begin call every store to see who has it. finally an associate named Lettie told me that it isnt my job to be calling around and furthermore everything that woman told me was incorrect.

That she does HAVE the correct paperwork.and mentioned that that store has been having extreme issues and they many boxes different boxes to accommodate my dads order. She very nice and mentioned I should call corporate. I call and explain the situation to Torique, he called that store several times and no answer.. He then canceled my order and gave me a refund then the phone hangs up.

I call back and reach Kahela this time, I asked if we could call the store together; and someone named Fernando answered. (Im at 3 hours on phone by this time) He said he was the closest thing to a manager.he explained they have no boxes, helium, or birthday balloons. Im shocked at this point because THIS is who is doing my dads order. Then tells me my order is canceled so I need to make a new order and pay for that.

I did that over the phone with him, so I just paid for whatever at this point. It was another $75, Im shocked they didnt take care of something for all the troubleNEVER GOING BACK!

I would never recommend it again, due to terrible service and poor customer service. The manager of Quail Heights Plaza, 11645 Quail Roost Dr, 'Karina', was very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. My order was placed three days in advance and it was impossible to track.

Disappointed with location no one answered the phone I called 15 time with in an hour. No answer with customer service either. Someone called back from the store many hours later. Claim they had no electricity. I don't know. All I know is u guys ruined my day and my girlfriend's day. So disappointed

I have always had good responses from Edible Arrangements, the problem is with their Port St. Lucie FL location only. This location did not answer the phone nor reply to any messages I left. They literally did not even place my order. They received it and took my money but did not follow through. After over 30 calls to them and corporate and getting Pissed Consumer involved, they finally just canceled my order and I guess I'm getting a refund but still no other communication or apologies.
