Disgusting customer service. They sent my mother in law a I love you balloon instead of happy Mother's Day balloon, with the incorrect basket, and delivered at 9pm, after they assured it would be delivered at 1pm, when she waited for the delivery until 6pm and left. They gave me $16 back for a $170 order when I called to complain.
