they absolutely made up for everything!they for sure handled everything.
the manager was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for it.can i delete the complaint?

second time i've had a problem on valentine's day, other time it was delivers at 5:15 as she was leaving the delivery location is in the same strip mall and they say it will be the first place they deliver to at 12 i call to check the status and it was being made they said and would be delivered very soon i called back at 330 but could get in contact till 4 and they had no clue about my order at first, i told her i called earlier and it was being made and should have been delivered to the tax collector office in the same plaza as them so the girl on the phone that was very nice said it was delivered.i said no it wasn't.
then she asked someone in the background if he delivered the 2 orders to the tax office yet and he said yeah i did.(there should have been a total of 3 to that office) then she said let me go look an see if i can find it, she came back saying sorry there was a mistake ill walk it over right now, she got it at 435 i was still annoyed that if i hadn't called they would have forgotten it.
lastly my wife gets home and it's not even what i ordered, i ordered the confetti cupcake with chocolate strawberries and a Belgium chocolate pop but only got plain strawberries and pineapple u can't fix a valentines mistake with a refund..horribly ran business.
