Edible Arrangements - My Experience on the Inside
I was hired as a seasonal worker for Valentine's Day 2018 to work in the call center at their former corporate call center location in Wallingford, CT. It was a two week job where myself and other temps only received one day of orientation and training the week of Valentine's Day.
For 8 hours a day, when I wasn't placing orders, I was hearing complaints. A lot of complaints. Orders not arriving, not arriving until late that night, store managers not giving refunds, etc. I fondly remember one night, one of the regulars asking us to delete pages of unread emails from customers.
I caught a glimps of one about a guy who was complaining about how someone told him the only location to pick up his order was a bit of a drive and by the time he arrived, he saw that the location was permanently closed. One day I overheard some people talking about how drastically down sales were from last year. I wonder why? Lol.
This company is mismanaged and has made the mistake of opening franchises instead of corporate owned locations. Most of the time, franchises are run by people who have no business experience.
