My daughter sent me an arrangement to be delivered yesterday which is two days before Mother’s Day and it still has not arrived. She cannot get anyone on the phone and this is the second time this has happened to her.
I told her not to order from you again. I know these stores are franchises but there is no excuse for this. At this point if the fruit is not fresh and it’s two days old I do not want it. So I want Her to get a refund credited to her charge account.
The store was on 168th St. in the Bronx because I live in the Bronx. My name is Mary Lake my daughter is Erika Thomas and she lives in New Haven Connecticut. Let’s see if you get a A businesslike response.
A refund is all that is excepted at this point.
