Tried Edible Arrangements for Valentines day at store 1199 in Dallas Georgia. When I unwrapped the gift and saw how much money I spent for such little product, I was sick.

And the pinnaple was dry and mostly core. They shape it by cutting of the outside fruit to make a heart; problem is most of what's left is core - who eats taht section?

When I emailed the parent franchisor company, I got a form email. No follow-up from franchisee as promised. Called the parent company and got an impudent, porrly trained customer service person that really didnt care about assisting me, just arguing in between chewing her gum.

How can this company treat people this way. I will go out of my way to tell anyone who wnats to know to stay away from this company.

Monetary Loss: $70.

I too have just ordered from this store and had horrible service. Forgot the balloon, large core in the pineapple, and they didn't deliver on the day requested. WILL NOT EVER order from EA again.
