Easy resolution of duplication of order.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I attempted to place an order on Edible Arrangements website, Saturday evening, December 20, 2025. After choosing what was a gift and completing the order process, a message read, We are experiencing technical problems.

Please try back later. I waited about 15 minutes and had the same results. The next day, Sunday December 21, I had two emails confirming that I placed two orders successfully. I tried to contact Edible Arrangements

by phone without success.

I emailed customer service and did receive confirmation that my duplicate order was canceled.

I am satisfied with the results of my issue with Edible Arrangements. The website issue was attributed to high volume traffic on the Edible Arrangements website.

My advice is not to order anything online.

Original review Nov 30, 2025
I placed an order on November 18, 2025 for my Mother-in-laws 97th birthday. I wanted it delivered on Friday November 28th but the website blocked out that date so I chose the day before.

I found out it was not delivered. This is so disappointing. I called the store numerous times for 3 days and my call went directly to voicemail. I call the toll free customer service number and the automated system sent my call to the store and I only received voicemail.

This is absolutely insane!!!

I filled out a request for help from online and its been 3 days and I still havent been contacted.
Such poor customer service!! Dont waste your money or time with this place.

The merchant has terrible attitude and the corporate office has not replied either. I am considering further action like writing to BBB and consumer protection office in MN.

Original review Feb 07, 2025
Recently, a friend sent us a fruit basket through a local Edible.com dealer in Woodbury, MN. Unfortunately, the fruits were spoiled and completely inedible.

We immediately contacted the store within an hour of delivery on January 14, even sharing photographs via text to the phone number listed on the delivery card.
Despite three attempts to reach the local Edible dealer, our concerns were ignored until we escalated the issue to the corporate office. Instead of taking responsibility, their response was dismissive and insulting: "By reviewing this photo, we're not seeing any rotten fruit, but two of the honeydew balls don't look fresh. We can offer a free dipped fruit cone you can pick up in-store anytime, unless you want a plain strawberry cone." To make matters worse, a subsequent communication stated, "There is a language barrier that makes it difficult to communicate with you."
This response is unacceptable on multiple levels. Even Edible.com acknowledged that the fruit was not fresh, yet they refused to offer a proper replacement.

The suggestion of a dipped fruit cone as compensation for a ruined fruit basket was both inadequate and unprofessional. The corporate office's silence after our complaint further confirms a pattern of poor service, both locally and nationally.
Adding to our concerns, the delivery card failed to specify that a full photo of the arrangement was required for complaints--an omission that conveniently allows Edible.com to evade accountability. Given that the company has a dismal 2.5-star rating on Yelp, based on 24,968 reviews from 907 locations, it is clear that our experience is not an isolated incident.
Edible.com markets itself as a provider of high-quality, fresh fruit arrangements, but our experience suggests otherwise.

If this is how they treat their customers, perhaps they should consider rebranding as "Inedible.com." At the least, the company could offer a replacement basket or a complimentary voucher for the future. They were very insulting.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my 6 year old nieces birthday. I was informed by her father that what was delivered was 6 chocolate covered strawberries and 6 pieces of chocolate. Additionally, there was a card that stated the following:

Happy Birthday, dear Grandpa! Wishing you a day filled with joy, laughter, and cherished moments. Thank you for your love and guidance. Enjoy your special day. Love, Nicole

We clearly received someone elses order.

I called the store and was met by a very defensive owner, Shamoon. He refused to refund, talked over me, told me to shut up, and called me a Fn *** Excellent customer service.

If youre cool with a place that cant get an order right, provides awful customer service, doesnt take ownership of mistakes, curses at customers and treats them like garbage, Shamoon and the Rocky Hill Edible Arrangements is your place!

Save your time, energy, and money

Attached are photos of what I ordered and what I received.

Edible Arrangements Corporate was also next to useless after having a 30 min convo with them, they told me to email them pictures so they could refund me. They didnt reply for 4 days and then told me to contest my credit card charge. Biggest joke ever

Charge for what I did not receive. I would have gave a zero, but it was unavailable

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I want a refund. I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter for $64.99 on May 30, 2025. It was definitely false advertising. I was led to believe the strawberries on the tray were dipped in chocolate. Of the 12 strawberries on the tray, only 6 were dipped in chocolate, and the other 6 were plain strawberries. The strawberries were also hard and were not ripe. I used a knife to cut them. I called the store to complain. They said they could not do anything; that is how the tray is. When I picked them up, I asked if all the strawberries were dipped in chocolate because it was hard to see all the fruit through the packaging. He said they were.

I would like a refund; I was misled about the tray that I ordered. I was led to believe that there were 12 chocolate covered strawberries. The picture from Edible Arrangements makes it appear as though the strawberries are chocolate dipped. Also, when I picked up the arrangement, the man made me believe that all 12 were chocolate dipped. The strawberries were also not ripe, making them very difficult to bite into because they weren't fully ripe. This was an embarrassing moment when the recipient received it and there were only 6 chocolate strawberries. I paid $65 for six chocolate covered strawberries on a platter, a handful of pineapple which would be equivalent to two slices of pineapple, a handful of grapes, and the equivalent of 2 apples that were sliced and chocolate covered. This is disgraceful! I probably would have spent a total of four dollars on that amount of fruit at the grocery store. I am totally disgusted.

I have tried to get a hold of Edible Arrangements corporate, but I was put on hold waiting for a rep, and no one answered. Then it hang up and asked me to do a survey asking if my issue was resolved. No one ever answered for me to reiterate my issue. This has been a very frustrating experience. It has been impossible to get a hold of a customer service rep. No one ever talked to me, and I have spent so much time trying to get a hold of someone to take care of this issue.

As you can see, I had an online chat below:

I was told to contact corporate.

The picture on the website VERY clearly shows 6 chocolate covered and 6 plain. The strawberries are on opposite sides, 6 each side, 3 of each per side.

If you ordered without looking that is on you.

Nowhere does the item description say a quantity of the strawberries which are included. It sounds like you are being dishonest.

No one has notified me through email or phone call.

Original review Feb 16, 2025

Order a small fruit tray and two of the items were missing. If they were out, they should have notified customers and offered a substitution.

After reading a few reviews, I saw that other customers had the same experience. It was Valentine's Day and they should have anticipated a busy week.

I'm still waiting for the store in Alexandria VA to notify me. Below, the first photo is what I received, the other is what was pictured online.

Normally I use this same store each year with no issues. This year my mother didn't receive her gift yet I received an email stating it was delivered.

Called multiple times for a refund and only got answering machine and still today, May 19th, no call back. Had to go through PayPal for my refund and I don't think they've heard from the store either.

My mom received an arrangement after having surgery. My mom, dad, myself and my daughter had a chocolate covered strawberry.

My daughter took the chocolate off of her strawberry and after eating half she saw a worm crawling on her strawberry. She was petrified!

The strawberries were over ripe as well. We are sick to our stomach Angry
