I ordered Daisy's dipped strawberries and received a basket of fruit. I had it delivered as a surprise for a graduation. When they received the gift it was a basket of raw fruit on display, I was so embarrassed. It cost over 81 dollars after taxes and delivery fees were added. I contacted the store that delivered the basket, and all I received was five dollars and some change for their mess-up.

Awful company. I used to work for Berry Direct which is owned by Edible’s 2 brothers. They are awful rude people and treat the employees terribly.

Very rude and nasty. They treat people like crap. They are very uncaring and the Edible owners the Farid brothers only care about money and not people.

Horrible experience

Edible arrangement never delivered

I never received my arrangement for my husband's bday in San Juan PR. They promised me a full refund which I never received. I've been calling the corporate number with no return calls made to me.

User's recommendation: The company has delivered my orders before, this sore in PR is just ghetto and no one seems to speak English, at least that's what they claim.

Hideous service you guys stink

My daughter recently moved from NJ to NC and it was her birthday and I ordered her two of your products . It was never delivered . I want my money back . My daughter lives at a high rise and it costs a lot to live there . Your company was asked to deliver it to the front desk and the front desk claims they were never asked to take it! My daughter got nothing from me for her birthday . I wont stop until I get my $76 back . Refund my money. The store on King Street in North Carolina is not helpful and they didnt care that I was totally unsatisfied ! you guys stink ! give me my money back

Very rude and unprofessional

I bought something at the Bloomfield and the lady call kay was the worst costumer service experience that I had in my life very very rude and unprofessional,dont know how to appreciate costumers this lady is the worst of the worst will never buy there in my life never again. Too disrespectful.

Sorry to say; you will not be getting any refund. I was told 3 times by corporate that I would get one; have called weeks later; each time a new person on the phone tells me flimsy excuses about why they can or cannot; and will or will not refund.

Nationwide they have the worst reviews! Yet the money flows in from new unsuspecting people.

Bad Business Practices in Hagerstown

My 15 y.o. niece was so excited to get hired at the Hagerstown Maryland Edible Arrangements Store #917. When going to pick up her first check ever the manager charges her $5 to pick it up. What kind of company charges employees to pick up their check? Is this common Edible Arrangements conduct or just a manager lining his pockets?

I received a text message saying my order ceased ready for pick up but when I got there the employee said she didnt know nothing about it I call the manager and he said it was ready but he was not even at the store but employee ask me if I could wait for 10 min and she would make the order thank God for her I am so disappointed with the Hampton store. Molded fruit

I placed an ordered for my daughters birthday. The very next morning when she went to indulge in the arrangement, she immediately noticed the melon had a sour/bad taste and the strawberries had mold. I made contact with the store and corporate as well. They were very attentive to the matter offering a new arrangement, however, my daughter was leaving the state. I did receive a full refund promptly.
