I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries with a "bouquet" of flowers for my Valentines Day. The order came in on time but that was the only thing they did right.
For the flowers, they sent a single fake rose which was horrible and I was literally charged 50 dollars more for that single rose. I have sent my complaint in to the store twice already with not a single reply.
I have been using the Bellerose office for years and am done using the whole company from now on. I will be contacting my credit card company for a full refund.

I had a great experience. They went beyond what was expected and made my arrangement exceptionally beautiful, and the fruit was delicious. I will definitely use it again.
I ordered a very expensive arrangement. I picked it up myself rather than having it delivered.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. The very nice courteous lady working the shop went out of her way to make this basket beautiful.
Thank you to her. The fruit was very fresh And cold and everyone loved it.

On 2/9/24 I placed an order to be delivered to my husband 2/14/24. I left specific instructions on where to take them and what hours he worked.
He gets off of work at 5pm, as of 4pm they hadnt even started crafting my order yet nor are they answering any of my call or messages.
Ive called 15x and left 6 messages. here it is the 15th and my order still hasnt been crafted nor have I heard a word from anyone.

I ordered half a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements, and the strawberries got moldy in 24 hours while they were in the refrigerator. My mother didn't even get to eat them. I order strawberries from Edible Arrangements every Mother's Day, and I have never had them go bad in 24 hours.

I placed an order on 3/8/24. Got notified on 3/9/24 at 1244 that my oder will not be delivered due to the driver already delivered orders in that area for the day.
On Monday 3/11/24. I called to inquire about my order and was told it would be delivered today. When my daughter in law received the order. ALL THE FRUIT WAS HOT!
The chocolate was melted on the strawberries as well. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager onsite. Jessica who was rude told me that the refrigerated truck had broke down and Corporate told them to deliver the orders. This is unacceptable!!!
I have not heard back from Bobbi who I was told was the manager. I want my order delivered the right way.
If that cannnot be done. I want all my money refunded to me.

Heed, my warning ,,, do not go to Edible Arrangements anywhere in San Antonio Texas the worst and I mean worst customer service. Placed an order through their website and did not get anything at all close to what I paid for and ordered.
Only reason it was picked up because I had someone else do it. Had I been there I would have never accepted it.
Called to speak to the manager and was told NO asked when the manager would be in, and I was told NO asked if I could speak to somebody who could help me, and I was told NO asked for corporate phone number to file a complaint and yes, you guessed it I was told NO absolutely the worst experience with a business and relationship with their customer. Will not be giving them any more of my money.

NO RESPONSE AND WRONG ORDER
Still waiting or a phone call back from Edible after 3 voicemails and 2 emails. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with someone if you encounter an issue.
I asked for a birthday balloon to be included in my order (being sent to my BOSS), yet they included a balloon with hearts on it. Completely inappropriate and embarrassing!

I placed and order and was told by the store it couldnt be delivered until the next day so I told them I would like to cancel . That was 2 weeks ago I still never received my refund at all. Even placed an order with another store !
Didn’t deliver in time and not the right size I ordered
First off answer a phone instead of all this nonsense also ordered the sweet support dessert board large at with tax 191.91 first it did not arrive when I requested it, it arrived after the event was over and it looked NOTHING like the picture it appears to look like the small. Customer service in the store was beyond terrible leaving me hanging on hold not once but twice.
If this is how a reputable business runs their franchise stores its surprising that your stores are still in business. It is a disgrace that when You spend good money on something that you are giving to someone and it comes late and wrong I have no one to blame but the way these stores are being run.
I am requesting a refund for at least 50% of this order. I am including the picture of the one from the store and the one I received.

What to report a delivery issue with one of your stores. Edible Arrangements - 1556
The manager of the particular store I was dealing with said she was not there on the day of my order. She never told me what went wrong but agreed to cancel and refund the order.
Store never contacted me about a delivery issue. This store closes at 7pm. I called the store at 6:20 and 6:55 pm. There was no answer either time, only a recorded message to send a message, which I did.
So far no response. Im thinking this location is a front for a scam.
I want my order cancelled and I expect a full and prompt refund. I also plan to contact the BBB about this store.

Absolutely Amazing Service
I ordered a tray for my anniversary and it came out absolutely amazing. It was perfect. Highly recommend them and will definitely be going back.

I placed an order at the Port St. Lucie, FL location.
The order was never prepared or sent. I called that store over 20 times in 3 days, left 3 messages, and heard nothing from them. Now, they took my money with no problem.
I called Corporate and could never get a single person on the line. This is unacceptable for this type of business.
- Fruit is fresh
- Dont answer phone calls
- Not all locations operate the same
- Lack of commumcation

Ordered for my Mom that lives in another state. Her order was never delivered and customer service does not answer the calls This company needs to be reported for FRAUD!
