This is such a sad service. From trying to place a order on the phone, still hasn't delivered order so they missed the time frame, and a horrible online chat representative with canned responses that do not address the questions.
I also think it is funny that once the representative ends the chat you can not get a copy of the chat transcript, but you can during the chat.
So that is evident that they know people are not happy with their service, and looking for documentation to share with others. If you are going to charge a customer $100 for some $5 fruit, I would make sure that my customer service was top notch.
