Ordered something for someone’s birthday on Nov 26, never got delivered. Didn’t try again till the 4th of December which is too late.
And the homewood store tried to tell me they don’t give refunds after it has been attempted 2 times after I called RIGHT AFTER THEY COULDNT DELIVER IT ON THE 27th the first time for a refund.
So I need to talk to corporate about my refund ASAP. They also sent me a email saying it was delivered which was FALSE.
