Edible Arrangements - Wrong order twice
This place sucks....no other way to put it.Their orders are wrong...I got a Happy Birthday kit for an anniversary and all they did was say sorry and when I called their "external customer service" they gave me a case number and someone would call me.
They never called and when I called they didn't have a case number on file....
Then it happened again.My wife sent me an order for my birthday and they sent me an email outlining what was in the basket....way to ruin a surprise...and she got the same run around with customer service...WOW
